How to heal after a toxic relationship

A toxic relationship is like a poison that affects your life. It changes the way you think, and how you feel about yourself. It steals your joy and causes you to lose your passion for life. It makes you feel worthless, so you feel compelled to stay with someone who treats you horribly

You probably know that the human brain is wired to repeat information given to us by others.

Why is this important?

If you've experienced how hard it is to let go of the past and move on after a toxic relationship...

Then you will agree that It's hard to move on because it feels like all the happiness in your life has been taken away.

You feel alone, sad, and hopeless. You feel anger or resentment towards the person who caused your pain.

That pain is all linked to information and experiences a toxic person in your life has imposed on you.

But what if you could heal from your pain by remembering the bad times that you had with that person?

Sounds wrong, doesn't it?  Perhaps because you feel that all you have been doing is remembering the bad times and that has not brought you any healing so far.

But here's why I am making this claim so boldly...

Because you'd be surprised how much memories of pain and sadness can actually help you to heal. But that is if you use them in the correct way, which I am going to show you now...

How to use bad memories from your toxic relationship to heal

To make this memory freedom process work for you, all you need to do is try to recall the painful memories and at the same time say the following phrase: “I am healing from this.”

As you say these words, allow yourself to feel the energy in the room.

Then, say the same phrase as you breathe in and out. Repeat this a few times until you feel stronger. Once you feel better, repeat this phrase with every painful memory you have.

Continue to repeat the phrases as needed throughout the day.

And that's all you do!

How does this work?

This strategy works because processing the bad memories in the brain repeatedly causes your brain to get desensitized to the pain caused by those memories.

Can you see how this releases you from  emotional pain? Feel the difference of no longer being stuck in the past and feeling freer now.
