In the navigation bar on the right side of the page, you will find some links to different sections of the member’s only site.
Clicking on courses ( See image below) takes you straight to the modules that currently exists. We will be adding modules and other resources to this on a monthly basis. So please keep an out for emails telling you about new content for helping you cope better.
Workshops and Q&A
You will also find upcoming dates for our online workshops and Q&A sessions. We will send you email reminders for these as well.
The workshops will be helping you gain deeper insights into the content we teach in the courses. And the Q&A sessions will help to answer any questions or smooth out any obstacles you encounter whilst putting all the strategies into practice.
