Then, when you work with AI, you're having focused conversations:
Conversation 1: Provide the full context document and ask for analysis of stakeholder dynamics-what competing interests exist, where alignment might be possible, what political considerations you might be missing.
Conversation 2: Provide the same context document and explore risk assessment-what could go wrong with each option, what early warning signs to watch for, how to mitigate key risks.
Conversation 3: Provide the context again and stress-test your assumptions-what are you taking for granted that might not be true, what would happen if specific assumptions proved wrong.
Each conversation is grounded in the same comprehensive foundation, but you're not asking AI to maintain continuity across them. You maintain that continuity through your documentation. AI provides analytical horsepower for specific aspects.
