StressTherapist's Epiphany

_____ are our target audience.
(Ex: entrepreneurs, home sellers)

I was____
(Ex "broke college student athletes, new husband, struggling teacher)

I really wanted to_______
(Ex: make extra money from potato gun sales, sell my house without an agent.etc)

So I could_______
(Ex: start a family, start a new life with my new wife, etc)

"At the time, I was trying to_____" (VERB)
(Ex "make money online, sell to houses, learn how to communicate better with children)

I felt I needed to do this so I wouldn't have to_____ (verb)
(Ex: drop out of school, miss out on a great job offer)

I really wanted to be able to______(verb)
(Ex: support my wife so she didn't have to work)

"I was struggling with______" (VERB ending in ING)
(Ex "making only a few dollars a day from my website, and many days I actually lost money. Struggling to find a buyer for each of the houses I owned so I could take a new job in Florida. Having many difficult student who we are very rude and unruly)

I felt terrible because_____( verb ending in ING)
(Ex: making only a few dollars a day, and many days I actually lost money: finding a buyer for two houses I owned)

I felt even worse because_______
(Ex: I was supposed to be the man in the relationship, but my wife was working two jobs while I was going to school, wrestling and living out my dreams)

I felt like____
(Ex: a failure as a husband, jumping off a building, etc)

"The problem was that______
(Ex " Google had to change their algorithms and increased the ad costs: I got a call that I had to be there to start working in 60 days of the would give the job to someone else. I got a visit from my head teacher who told me I wasn't doing well enough at controlling the children)

"Hitting the wall in this case meant______
(Ex "suddenly my little potato gun website was no longer making any money. So I had to turn it off. I didn't get the house sold, I was on the verge of losing out on the opportunity of a lifetime. I had to question myself to figure out what I was doing wrong and this made it harder to get the core class work done)

"And in this case, hitting the wall actually_____
(Ex "killed my only source of income. Meant that I was on the clock to get those houses sold or see my dreams squashed forever. I became depressed and self-conscious and this caused anxiety to shoot through the roof which made it harder to feel in control in class)

But luckily for me, that's when I_____ and everything changed" (VERB)
(Ex "ran into a friend who told me a secret. Picked up and read a book. So of the deal. Had a brainstorm etc, I met a charismatic therapist )

From this event I discovered all about_______(VERB ending in ING)
(Ex: adding up cells to his products; socially engineering a house sale instead of wasting it on of money on useless newspaper ads. How many things that I thought were good were actually the culprits stealing my energy, time and efficiency.)

That's when it became crystal clear to me that the secret was______
(Ex: creating sales funnels; to leverage my family and friends to help me find a buyer)

"It was made clear to me how to_____
(Ex: make more money from every customer who came in; get more people I knew to refer me to people they knew who might want to buy a house.  Engineer the energy time and efficiency I needed to deal with my kids without breaking the law and spanking them.)

"Discovering this how-to secret meant_____
(Ex: all his websites started working again in spite of Google's increased costs: I'd found a new way to find a buyer without paying 6% to a Realtor. I had the tools I needed get the children in order and actually enjoy teaching the class at the same time. Which made my head teacher happy.)

I also learnt that______
(Ex: normal website enough anymore to make money online, you can't just stick an ad in a paper and expects to sell your house anymore)

You should stop thinking (from previous question) and you need to______ instead (Verb)
(Ex: create an actual sales funnel; use multiple streams of advertising to get your house sold)

As a result of this epiphany, I_____ (VERB)
(Ex: found someone who was selling potato gun kits, and I partnered with them and started selling them as an upsell)

After I did that, I started______ (Verb)
(Ex: making money again; getting all the leads I could handle)

Suddenly, I was_______ (verb ending in ING)
(Ex: spending about $10 a day in ads and making $50 or six dollars back: picking and choosing which buyers to let come see my house)

My plan was to start_____(verb ending in ING)
(Ex: creating sales funnels in other markets that had better potential to make money then the potato gun market : contacting everyone I knew to ask them to help me spread the word about my house to the friends : reducing reliance on my kindness and thoughtfulness)

"So I started______ (VERB ending in ING)
(Ex: creating funnels and selling products in the weight loss market: making a list of everyone I knew who lived within 20 miles radius of my house: practicing reducing reliance on my kindness at home to see if it would make people hate me, but no one seemed to notice)

"We then_____ (VERB)
(EX: created and started selling supplements to people who suffered from diabetic neuropathy. Started calling those people and letting them know our house was for sale and that we needed your help. Started reducing my kindness at work, saying no more open to staff members who were always asking me for help, this seemed to make them respect me more)

"After that we_____(VERB)
(Ex: created funnels in the couponing, dating and parenting markets and others, sent everyone a physical flyer with picture of the house. A stats sheet and a special financing sheet. Started allowing myself to be more firm instead of being the night smiley teacher in class with the kids.)

Even after all that, things were still not perfect, here is what I mean_____
(Example 1: each new funnel we created took between 6 to 8 weeks to create, on average. We had a team of eight full-time people including designers, programmers, and copywriters just to get one final life. We had to glue together about 13 different products just to create one funnel. On average, costs to get one funnel live was about $30,000. And then only about 1/10 would actually that money. It took a lot of time and money to find another winning funnel)

(Example 2: every time we wanted to sell a house we had to start over from scratch. Plus, a lot of people either won't when we called tourist took too long for them to get the flyer we sent them about the property. Plus asking people individually by phone if they knew someone who wanted to buy a house was very time-consuming. So even though it was effective at getting house is sold, it was eating up 10 to 12 hours a day every time we had a new house to sell)

[in terms of time, it up your time, takes too much Effort to do, time, frustration, being spread too thin cost a lot of money to keep doing what you're doing]

We ended up getting so frustrated that we decided to_______ (VERB)
(Ex: create a platform that would make it really easy for us to create sales funnels: create a course that taught everything we learned about how to sell multiple houses yourself, no matter what the market conditions)

"Then because the plan came together so well we decided to_______
(Ex. create a platform that would make it really easy for everyone to create sales funnels: create a course that taught everything we learned about how to sell multiple homes yourself no matter what the market conditions. Create a course to help teachers who are struggling would self-confidence learn to boost their confidence regardless of the pressures they face in class environments)

"We chose to call it______
(Ex , selling your home a, click funnels, the take back control program)

We thought if we could create something that would make it possible to______ (Verb)
(Ex: build in one day what used to take 6 to 8 weeks; create a system that made it possible to sell your house in a single weekend, etc)

So, after____
(Ex: eight months of programming and every penny I had ever made; four months of testing, tweaking and 12 hour days testing every single aspect of what it takes to sell your house without an agent, etc)

"Though it sounds almost good to be true, I can now_____
(Ex: build in an hour, I myself, without any tech people what used to take me and my team of eight guys 6 to 8 weeks. And these funnels run faster and converted we hire. Show anyone how to sell any house without an agent, no matter what the price, neighborhood or market conditions. Easier and faster than hiring a broker and pain with your outrageous commissions. Show anyone how to take charge of a hall of unruly children, all by themselves without feeling flustered and get them to do exactly what I want.)

As a result of this, we were able to achieve the following: _______
(example 1: within just two years, over 30,000 people use click funnel is to power their entire businesses; in fact in 2016, we had 71 people who made over $1 million with a single funnel)

(Example 2: within just the last 36 months, it successfully bought and sold over 20 houses and lots for an average profit margin of 25% after all expenses. We also sold our house is in an average of 12 days where the average time on the market with a realtor in our market is 93 days. But online we sought faster and for a lot more money than we ever could have by hiring a broker)

As a result of this, I was able to achieve my dream of being able to________
(Ex: let my wife become a full-time mum; leaving my own what a front dream home)

I've also been able to stop______
(Ex: spending so much time at work; worrying about how I got to get a house is so)

I can stop that (above) because we can now_______ (VERB)
(Ex: create things so quickly: get our house is sold so quickly, etc)(Example 2: within just the last 36 months, it successfully bought and sold over 20 houses and lots for an average profit margin of 25% after all expenses. We also sold our house is in an average of 12 days where the average time on the market with a realtor in our market is 93 days. But online we sought faster and for a lot more money than we ever could have by hiring a broker)

And in the end, all of this means that I am now able to______ (VERB)
(Ex: be with my kids, and never miss any of the highlights of their lives; spend time relaxing and doing the things I really enjoy, like spending time with my friends and fishing)
